- A. The grievances of the parents are accepted through PTA meeting and rectified in the presence of PTA.
-
B. The principal accepts grievances of the students directly or through the class teachers and grievances are redressed in the presence of the class teacher/parents.
- C. The suggestion of parents is also taken into consideration and preceded as per laid down rules.
-
D. The suggestions and complaints are received through a Complaint Box kept in front of the Principal’s office. The matters are acknowledged and proceeding is made and intimated to the concerned person.
