a) VMC committee

1. The VMC K.V.Malkangiri formed monitoring committee and decided to supervise the construction work of the school building.
2. The VMC conducted interview of contractual Teachers and engaged computer instructor   and teachers for solving the problem of vacant posts.
3. The committee decided to introduce oriya as a regional language in the school.
4. The collector and DM Malkangiri and also Chairman V.M.C nominated Sri Sunderlal Seal OAS-1, PA,ITDA, Malkangiri for the PAC.
5. The VMC decided to approve a conservancy staff against group-D post for a short term to do the work of bank, post office and other office work.
6. The committee decided to purchase a LCD Projector from V.V.N fund as per DGS & D contract rate.  
7. To porches Steel Almirah  as per quotation of DPEP,Malkangiri from SANA IRON & STEEL Industries. 

(b) Purchase Advisory Committee:-

1. The purchase committee decided to purchase RICHO Copier for the school as per  DGS&D contract rate and purchased in the month of march 2009.
2. The PAC took decision to purchase dual Bench - Desk for class-vii students as per EPM contract and purchased 14- pairs in the month of March 2009.
3. The purchase advisory  committee decided to purchase 18 steel-Almirahs and 14-sets of Duel chair ,Benches for the school.           

(c) PTA Committee:-

1. The PTA meeting conducted at 11.30 A.M on 18/01/2009 to discuss the following points.

Change of school timing: –It was not accepted by PTA.

I-card of the students:     - will be prepared with the help of two members of teachers and two members of PTA.

 The PTA Committee also conducted on 17/12/09 and the following decision are taken:-

  1. The Principal should conduct the PTA meeting in each month.

  2. The teachers should be advised to maintain the diaries of the students properly.

 3. English speaking of the students should be improved.

 4. The students should be allowed to make group discussion in the class in each class.

 5. The teachers should write information to the parents properly in students’ dairies.

6. The Housemasters should give equal importance to each and every student in CCA programme.

7. Remedial Classes for slow learners should be attained properly with due intimation to all students.

8. The exercise work in Class-I & Class-II should be worked properly.

9. The Principal should sent letter to the higher authority for exemption of VVN fes.

Discipline of the school: – To maintain school discipline, school gate should be locked at 7.30 A.M.

Picnic of the school: – School picnic was organized inside Govt. Boys’ High School complex on 31.10.2009 due to Naxalite problem.

Seating arrangement in the class room:- seating arrangement of students should be changed in every fortnight because back benchers will get chance of sitting front side .

Correction of home work & Class work copies:-

The parents gave stress on the correction of homework and class work copies. Hence all the teachers were advised to check copies sincerely giving remark and correct answer at the point of mistake.
