Common Minimum Programmes

1.

K.V.Malkangiri is a single section school and Rs.1000/- per Month is sanctioned to procure TLM for the students. A teacher is assigned the work of purchasing TLM in each Month as per requirement of the Teacher.

2.

Vidyalaya has a high duty photo copier of RICOH Aficio MP-1600 Le for Primary and Secondary Classes parched on 30.03.09. 

3.

School has a separate audio-visual room for Primary classes with one Philips TV and one DVD. This room is also used as activity room due to shortage of room in the Vidyalaya..

The school has a provision of class Library from class-I to class-V and Library works effectively in each class.

Principal is supervising classes as per norms and record is kept along with follow up action in the session 2009-10.

Block periods are allotted in Primary classes but some subjects have been modified /Exchanged in class-VI and in class-VII.

CCA activities are conducted separately for Primary section and students are awarded prizes accordingly.

Medical check up was done in the month of September 2009 as less No. of Doctors was available in District Head Quarters Hospital during August 2009 as per the statement of CDMO HQ Malkangiri. The defaulters are to be examined in the last week of October 2009.

Grand Parents Day was celebrated on 30/10/2009 as per the decision of the PTA executive committee and Community Lunch was organized on 31.10.2009.

Malkangiri is Naxality -Prone area. Hence Educational Excursions will be arranged within short distances. This year we will arrange educational excursions to the following places.

The following Educational Entertaining Movies/CDs are shown to students.  Tare Zamen Par, Khel-Khel Main Yog, Jungle Book, Ice Age(Animal Planet),Tales of Panchatantra, Vikram Betal, Samlapuri Dance, Rajasthani Folk Dance,Oddissi Classical Dance,Bharatanatyam,Akabar Birbal ,ABC and Counting,Gujarati Folk Dance , etc.

Corporal punishment is totally prohibited in our school.

No case of child abuse was reported to our school in this session till date .

No Contractual spoken English Teacher was appointed in our school in spite of paper advertisement in the session 2009-10.Spoken   English Teacher is not available in this Locality.

News letter for CMP was published in the month April 2010.
